Display Dimensions & Costs
Standard exhibit spaces for Business Partners are $300.00 (+HST) and measure 8’ x 10’ with a 6’ x 30” table (if desired). Business Partners who would like to increase their booth size to a “double booth” (8’ x 20’) are invited to do so, space permitting, at a cost of $450.00 (+HST). Full details regarding exhibit spaces are outlined in the attached exhibitor application form.
Electrical
If you require an electrical outlet for your display. please note that a $15.00 fee will apply for each outlet required. In addition, please note that exhibitors are required to bring their own extension cord, should they require electricity.

Linens/Dividers
Please note that due to the nature of this show, there will be no curtain dividers between booth spaces. Each table, however, will come complete with a black linen, clothed “box style,” at no additional charge.
Deadline
ALL Exhibitor Application on Forms must be received by Tuesday April 23, 2019
